I had no idea anyone watched that anymore. Lost it’s funny a long time ago, painful to watch.

That's the point of the skit. They're making fun of people who sterotype Nola.

Exactly. The people who didn’t like it didn’t get it.

It wasn’t making fun of New Orleans, it was making fun of people who think it is like that.

There’s literally a character who basically keeps saying, “It’s not N’awlins, it’s New Orleans, no one speaks like that, and none of those things happen.”

That being said, it wasn’t all that funny.

How often do they make fun of New York? California?

I haven’t watched in years but I do remember them making fun of California quite a bit. They also had many skits on Jersey and Italian New Yorkers.

I can’t watch now bc everything is stale. It’s all about Trump. I’m okay with making fun of politics, but it’s just old now.

The SNL costume designers have clearly been in the Big Chief pit at the Acura stage.

SNL hasn't been relevant since 2002 and that's being nice. It really ended after the Farley and Sanders days but Will Farrell made it ok to watch unitl he left.

Some of y'all are just some god damn snowflakes. No one is asking you to watch every Saturday.

I agree that it sucks, but they do have a few funny clips I come across online.

No one on TD watches. Haven't in decades because it hasn't been funny in decades. We think anyway. Because, we don't watch.

There are people in North Korea who laugh at how sensitive South Louisianans are about their regional image

Bullshite, I live in north La and every time someone from south La comes up I’ve got to listen to them tell me about how Cajun they are, talk about their accent, and how they love cooking. I don’t go to south La and brag about being redneck to every person I meet. I told a guy I’ve been working with a few months back from Morgan City, I get it dude, you are from south La, I haven’t forgotten

At least Cajun justice (or whatever it's called) is a little better.

Maine Justice was the best SNL skit this decade.
