Fan that pushes air through a flexible tube, refreezable cartridges, about the side of popsicles, that the air blows over, cooling it hose hooks in to a soft, cylindrical pillow, maybe memory foam filled.there are holes in the tube in the center of the pillow that the cooled air flows through, cooling the pillow

I read one study that stated 67/68 was the best sleeping temperature but don’t recall the why.

What a good medium/softer side bed these days.
There are so many. I've been to a few stores and looked around.

I have a Zinus that I love. It cost half as much before COVID than they do now, but still is a better deal and more comfortable than a lot of stuff you can find in stores.

I don't know if you realize it, but the mattress companies intentionally change the name/model of what is essentially the same bed from store to store precisely so you can't price compare apples to apples.

Well I keep the house 69 (at least I try to. When it gets hot I'm lucky to keep it 75 during the day) but I've got a window unit for the bedroom that I keep cranked down to 65.

I like my body warm but my head cool

If anyone needs motivation for sleep, as if, this is the thread. Good shite free.

I don’t think I’ve ever done this. Has never occurred to me. I usually just sing or work my butt with the shampoo bottle

Clean crisp sheets tucked in tight. Air below 70. Perfection.
