I was in a conversation and discussed a 12 gauge round that when fired sounded like a quarter stick when ignited. Never heard of it. Is this a thing?

1970 Gen Z here.
Buy a kite because you can't throw a frisbee or nerf in this wind . Get a good one and hook it up to a rod and reel so you can really get it up there.
