I'm pretty sure I saw a same sex couple that got hitched at Mobile Probate on Tuesday on Al.com but maybe I was wrong.

They didn't do it to be progressive. They did it so they'd have a database of where all the queers live for easy lynch mobbing reference.

Would you ignorant people stop saying it is legal? It is not legal. It is still against the law. More importantly, it is still sin. No amount of time or overstepping judicial activism is going to change that.

Gay marriage may be legal in Alabama but don't for one moment think the citizens are okay with it.

Depends on who it is. I don't know anyone under 30 who is opposed.

Please post your epic melt here on the OT and Poliboard when the Supreme Court fully legalizes it in June.

The last hurtle remaining for the Gumpers is to protect the "special love" that always occurs there between a father and his daughter, as seen in the recent Hollywood Blockbuster "Forrest Gump".

Maybe your momasister can teach you the difference between hurtle and hurdle.

Either hurtle or hurdle works in that context.

My god you people are shallow.

Additionally, unlike what you are comfortable with, the civilized world doesn't have "momasisters". We aren't familiar with this concept as Alabamians such as yourself are. And we don't care to be.

It probably doesn't get said to you as much as it should, but you are wrong.

Again, you are wrong. I don't live in Alabama.

Long for Alabama?

Maybe you can start your own campaign to unite all displaced Alabamians?
