The guy is pretty bowed up, don't think the bum would have had much of a shot.

I saw this pic, didn't look near as bowed up.

There are so many "professional" bums out there, if a guy was down on his luck, and really destitute; there would be no way to know.

The bums on Siegen are well organized, and I'd bet they pool their money together. They seem to rotate at different intersections to maintain coverage.

One of the stations should follow the gang around and let us know just how extensive this is because one day there's going to be a big accident and someone is going to get hurt.

They do there is a car nearby in one of the parking lots. Noticed two different guys go up to same car in 20 minutes and give them money. Huge stacks of $1 bills. Usually 4 work an intersection with one in a car nearby.

Last week there was some attractive homeless girl on the corner of Terrace and Nicholson.

Is Terrace the street that you come when you exit Nicholson off the bridge? There has been a girl and a guy who have set up permanent shop there over the last couple of months. Sometimes they have a dog with them and sometimes they don't. She seems attractive enough, doesn't look all rough and addicted to meth or anything. No reason she could not go out and get a job waiting tables at Chilis. Even the guy isn't very rough looking. Probably wont take them long to get to that point being that I am assuming they are doing this for drugs or alcohol but what do I know?

I like your approach but from a legal standpoint having that vagrant anywhere on your property is probably a bad idea.

some aren't even trying....I was getting off at drusilla the other day and a guy was standing at that exit clean shaven, wearing a Polo shirt, jeans, and some decent tennis shoes.

Which came first, the idea to do it, or the one to do something to post about..... we may never know.

Dude did him a favor, though. Hire some bum to cut your grass, he "hurts himself" doing it and sues the shite out of you and your homeowner's insurance.

fricking lawyers...

You just added more info than your original post. Also I had to dig up the source of your beloved definition of harass:
google dict. = oxford dict. = liberal bias.

If I were to call you at 3:00 am just to say, "Hi! how you doin?" Would that be harassment? There's nothing intimidating or aggressive in just saying, "Hi", right?

"Exposed again", does anyone really need proof that most of these people are panhandlers and choose to do this over working normal jobs. Don't like what they are doing, don't give them money, it is that simple.
