I believe that all crimes should have a victim.

yes, all non chemically addictive drugs should be legal.

and habit forming is not the same as a chemical addiction, you can get addicted to donuts but that is not a chemical addition its a habitual addiction just because you like it.

I’m assuming you’re trolling regarding the narcan?

So you think caffeine, alcohol, and nicotine should be illegal?

No, why would I be?

You get to the point your life has to be saved by Narcan, then the odds are it’s too late for you to live a productive life.

You have internet access if you can't determine if attempting suicide is illegal or not in the US then you shouldn't pontificate about it.

No way man. I'm good with weed but these other drugs destroy people. Very seldom does someone get hooked and ever recover.

I am actually 100% for much stricter jail time for people that are caught trafficking and dealing stuff like meth and crack.

Seems logical. Let's formulate a policy based off of a single data point vs hundreds of thousands of others. Have you considered running for office?

So we should outlaw alcohol because of an alcoholic?

What about outlaw potato chips because of the people that get fat and lazy eating them?

I’m an anonymous dude on the internet giving my opinion.

You give yours and I’ll give mine.

I’m under no impression that my position is tenable.

My opinion is that an extremely small percentage of lives saved by Narcan are worth saving.

Maybe you should do your own research and get back to me with an apology

Are you an illiterate moron?

I’m for legalization of all drugs.

I am looking at my Lexis portal right now. How about you offer up a citation to some of these laws. Don't try to use the single Blackstone based Maryland case either.
