How do you figure they got that substance there? Dont be a dumbass and try to prove a failing point by trying to hide behind semantics. Seriously.

Pot could be legal in all 50 states but I'd still lose me job if I test positive for it.

I doubt industries like the railroads will ever allow us to smoke pot.

I'm mostly conservative but can still see the hypocrisy in here.

People want small government only to the extent it suits their beliefs.

Exactly....as long as you also take responsibility for those decisions.

I think it should be left up to local governments.

Did you get the idea for this thread based on you and I chatting in the other thread a few days ago? You seemed surprised when I said that I thought all drugs should be legalized

You said,

It is idiotic that we put people in jail for ingesting a substance in the comfort of their own home.

And I said “we don’t” unless your are caught in possession no one is going to jail for ingesting a substance in the comfort of their own home unless another crime was committed

How about enough if the semantics of who said/meant what and let's get to the point...

Your argument is that as long as you are sneaky enough, you shouldn't be caught.

My point is that it shouldn't even be a crime for an adult to do what they want with their own body.

You can’t put someone in jail with no evidence.

I already told you why you were wrong. Just admit you misspoke and move on.

It will never be allowed in mine either. Healthcare. Although I work in IT and I'm not bound to healthcare in any way.

You're absolutely correct. Let me just 3D print me some heroin right now at home and I'll have committed the perfect crime!

Get out of here with your childish shite.

You want to decriminalize all drugs? You’ll end up like Seattle and San Fran

You support abortion?

Did you know that attempted suicide is a crime? Should we allow for people to go around attempting to kill themselves with no consequences?

As soon as it is legal under federal law you will see the anti-firing laws for off duty use upheld by SCOTUS. That was their reasoning for striking down the Colorado law for example.

We have rules like that set forth by the FRA. Although when I hired on at BNSF they did a hair sample on us for drugs.
