Why do men wear sleeveless shirts in public when they are fat and dumpy? Am I supposed to be intimidated by fat arms?

I immediately knew what it was but at the saw time, a moment of being “frozen” did exist.

Not at all. Spoke with OP last night.
Dude and his son sat there near them but never a spoken word or menacing glance. They saw the car owner go to his car at some point and bring back a trophy to the OP. So from that point, dipshit redneck decided to shoot up the fancy car because he didn't like them.
Best guess is redneck deemed them uppity assholes or rich boys. And simply shot up the car and ran back in to make it seem like he heard it and the shooter drove off.
Crazy shite when you have no idea what you did to make someone that angry.

Not even a glance. They had no idea the dude had sat by them till cops told them from footage they got from Peaks cameras. Seriously scary some deranged a-hole could be watching you in a store or restaurant and plotting your death because you're happy and having a good time.
