Why would this be downvoted 8 times already?

Because you're an idiot who thinks liberals will be happy that an American was shot for no reason.

Literally? Do you know what that word means? I think you meant to say "arguably."

No, because it really isn't arguable.

Prob hard to tell at the time if it was hip or thigh. Who knows if the tourniquet even helped.

They said one of the reps helping was a doctor. So I think he would have an idea.

It absolutely is. It may literally be one of the most affluent areas in the country, but different people find different things "nice."

I digress, though. This isn't the place to debate poor language skills.

Ironic that the post mentions fear mongering and blaming liberals in the same sentence.

Most of Arlington (like where this happened)

It was Alexandria, but the rest is still right. The area is super nice.

Random fact: this baseball field is the home baseball field for TC Williams.

I would guess at least some of them live in that area when they're in DC

This is horrible. I worked for Scalise a few years back. Such a great guy. Praying the reports he's gonna be OK are true

I worked for Steve for several years in DC. He has two young kids and he's one of the nicest guys I know. This is surreal. I used to bring him to those baseball practices before he was the Whip. Someone had to have inside knowledge, the average citizen wouldn't recognize those as members of congress, but just some men playing baseball.

Sounds like it was one of his aides.

I agree. I doubt this is advertised. They had to know a practice was scheduled.

Trust me, if you drove or walked by you wouldn't know who these men were. The game itself is widely advertised in the DC area, but not the practice times and locations.

Sounds like they've been practicing at this field for a number of years? While not published, could be local knowledge. And I'd bet that one of the reps said something on Twitter or on record yesterday noting they had an early morning for softball practice.
