What I can't figure out is if Shaq doesn't realize his math is bad, or if they are talking about 2 different things, managing cash flow vs. gas being expensive.

This is akin to the time Shaq questioned how long it would take to fly to the moon relative to how long it takes to fly from Atlanta to California. He figured it could be the same because he could walk outside in Atlanta and see the moon, but he couldn't see California

It does make sense to fill up more often when gas prices are rising because you’ll pay less today than you will tomorrow. Also your dollar will go further today than it will tomorrow.

Correct. I never let my tank get to a 1/4 tank. GM/ Chevy used to be notorious for how shitty their fuel pumps worked.
