Yeah he was trying to make a joke about if you are mad about the full price, pay for half the quantity. But he messed up the math making it look as if he really doesn’t know how much half a tank would cost. That was so perfect you can’t script it

Shaq also thought the moon was closer to where he was in Atlanta than Atlanta is to California… his logic being that he can see the moon from Atlanta but can’t see California from Atlanta
