It's supposed to be here between 6-9 tonight, the hail scares me since I have a fairly new car, headed to the parents after work to stay there and use their garage, they have a whole home generator and I want to be there if something happens and they need something.

My car is literally 4 months old and has been hit once already by hail. Nothing significant but I'm not looking forward to what tonight brings. Good thing I have Gap lol....

The 1130 CDT update increases the risk significantly for DFW, especially for HAIL.

Stay safe and find covered parking if possible.

What is the probability that at least one stormchasing vehicle gets pounded by hail somewhere today?

I think it's 100%.

im going to be pissed if that shite breaks windows or anything

Rough approach to OKC airport today....but weather here is fine for now. Humid with a fairly strong breeze from the south. Some districts are letting schools out early. I'll post if it gets really bad here.

Hope the loss damage waiver and insurance on the rental SUV covers hail.

I flew from California to my other house and business in southern Oklahoma. It's supposed to hit late afternoon/early evening. I'm probably just going to drink some whiskey and plan to stay inside tonight.
