Woke up and jumped on here when I got a tornado warning alert in BR. Seemed pretty serious business

Yep my wife's phone just did the tornado warning on full volume. It scared us haha. Any ideas where it is?
ETA: I live in south BR by Bluebonnet and the wind and rain sounds like it's dying off. Sounds like the worst is over.

I'm in BR visiting family. Got the warning on phone and turned on TV2 the one to watch, Verne. Now I'm watching male enhancement infomercials with my mom. Awk.

It is suppose to travel through the Jefferson hwy/Hooshotoo area around 2:35am according to the weather underground - I live on SouthShore in Lawo and the winds are very, very strong - few garbage cans rolling down the street

Holy shite. Phone started going crazy with alerts and I said "quick! To the OT!". Scary stuff. Anybody see anything?

All four of us are in bed right now. Dogs are right beside us in their beds.
Mostly just reading here, watching radar on phone and listening.

I'm standing in the window watching the show. It's starting to pass through Shenandoah. There's no tornado. It's a Doppler indicated tornado.

Hey bud.
Heard the wind whippin and woke up about .38 seconds before the NWS alert damn near gave me a heart attack.

According to the guy on channel 33, it's a warning based off n Doppler radar, no actual tornado spotted.

Looks like it's already been downgraded to severe thunderstorm warning. NWS saw the hook on Doppler and it disappeared within minutes.
