exactly like Marxist doctrine of forming small four-person groups called "cells" that are to gather and talk about their own deficiencies in their abilities to be better Communists - self-criticism.
Now White People are being told to form "cells" in order to criticize themselves for being inadequately repentant White People.
It's brainwashing. Der Staat provides the Masses with tools such as this to both critique oneself AND to keep an eye on any cell group member who might begin to express dissident and politically unreliable thoughts.
