You know the song is about the Rodney King beating and police brutality right?

You know RATM is a buncha marxist figs who make millions from albums and touring.

How would you know it's about Rodney King just by reading the lyrics? Nothing specifically would tip you off that it has anything to do with Rodney King

Fair enough and it may be because I am old enough to remember the song came out just a few months after his beating and I remember it being mentioned several times that it was a huge influence on the writing of the song.

Even without that the lyrics clearly show it's about racist police.

The mass shooting generation, folks.

Because they picked up a dusty CD that their parents had in a collection from 21 years ago????

I guess you could say the same if they picked up a dusty Doors or Bob Marley album and covered it?

It's actually a mash-up of "Bulls on Parade" (the beginning) and "Killing in the Name"

Love the songs but I also recognize they're complete frauds. They speak against government power a lot yet want more government being in control as evidence by their support of communist policies.
