A schizophrenic woman who viciously stabbed to death a newlywed at a Toronto drugstore was shockingly allowed to walk free over a decade after the senseless rampage. The Ontario Review Board granted Rohinie Bisesar, now 51, an “absolute discharge” on June 3 after stating she no longer poses a threat to public safety and committed to doing “everything possible she could to get better,” CBC reported

The bombshell decision comes more than 10 years after Bisesar plunged a knife into the chest of Rosemarie Junor, 28, inside a downtown Toronto Shoppers Drug Mart on Dec. 11, 2015.

Bisesar, a financial adviser clad in business attire and standing less than 5 feet tall, took off after the stabbing spree but was captured later by Toronto police.

Junor, who just gotten married, was rushed to a hospital, where she died days later.
