Dad is just making the game interesting by applying a handicap so now when the kids start wagering their allowance it isnt just easy money

Could have been out drinking while his kids were at home alone. Is it not okay have alcohol while spending time with your children? Just if you're doing it while being out, don't get so sauced that you have to have them drive you home.
