Saturday afternoon shooting inside Stuttgart AR community pool (SIAP)

I didn't see this posted yet but wanted to get your thoughts. Stuttgart is a farming community of roughly 7700 of which 52% white and 42% black. Rumor is, a wealthy person put some money in to the pool to open it back up this summer and then this happened ;
