Man, she looks REALLY unhealthy. It's weird, I've seen much fatter women that don't have such saggy elephant arms and a moon face. It looks like her hormones are extremely fricked beyond just being fat

Doug Stanhope had a funny bit about this. About how fatties will bitch about how Europe has free health care but when he goes to Amsterdam for instance, everyone rides their bikes to get places and there are noticeably less fatties
Basically if you want free health care you have to at least put in some effort to be healthy on your own, but Americans don't even try so they don't deserve it.

It has a fat roll on its upper arm. I live in Mississippi and I don’t think I’ve ever seen an upper arm fat roll on any of our fatties.

Yes, s/he has the right to remain fat like that, but the rest of us have the right to ignore or be repulsed by that appearance.

Yeah, her face is that of a 600lb person. Not that she's small, but she's not big enough to have that face.
Looks like Jacqueline Adan, except Jacq is the ultra high weight to match the face.
