Yes and for a man or woman....thats bullshite imo to even consider putting that stamp on someone for not wanting to have kids. Its nobody else's business. You wanna make young women rebel against the perceived "patriarchy" even more...push that agenda

I find that among people I have encountered who say “they don’t ever want kids”, it’s usually a cope. They usually actually want kids, but for whatever reason, don’t see it as a realistic possibility. They tend to fall into at least one of a few categories:
1. They are under severe economic pressure and don’t foresee a time anywhere soon where they could feasibly afford to support a family on what they make/could not survive the amount of time off and keep their jobs. These people are prioritizing their financial survival over propagating. These are your boss babes, DINKS, and guys who are just barely keeping their heads above water. These people need economic relief to help make raising kids less painful for the average working family.
2. They are jaded and embittered by a lack of success in the dating market. They have sorta giving up on ever forming a lasting relationship with someone whom they would want to raise children with. They really want a family, but they would rather not have kids than be a single parent because they allowed themselves to make a child with someone they don’t care enough about. They may even grow to resent happy families. These tend to be your AWFULs and femcels. These people need therapy to help them get their standards for themselves and others and their mindset in line with reality so they can be a suitable partner for someone.
3. They have a medical condition that makes having children difficult, especially dangerous, or impossible. Infertility, birth defects, illnesses, etc can discourage people from having kids. They may eventually decide to adopt or be a step parent, but it’s not happening for them. These people need to adopt or be DINKs.
4. Trauma. People who were sexually or physically abused in their youth tend to act out in weird ways as adults. One way they can is to become increasingly anti-natal. They may be promiscuous, have PTSD, or they might have a complete aversion to heterosexual sex. These people need therapy to help them grow out of their traumatized state and become responsible loving adults who can sustain stable relationships with kids.

There are plenty of basic human instincts that are "bad" and repressing them is "good". That isn't an argument for not having children or having fewer than the 2.1 replacement level fertility rate (which a study last year suggest needs to be much high). It is simply to point out going against human instincts is not in an of itself a useful argument.
