Russia offering mothers $16k for having 10 babies

if mothers have 10 babies in Russia, they're gonna get a medal, as well as a $16k reward
LMK if anyone has a timeshare over there. I think i'll be going b/w russia and the US quite a bit over the next few years. i'm sure i can negotiate a deal with russian women to get half the money. do it a few dozen times, and i'll be living in the hamptons
