No, what leads to bad shite happening is intoxicated people fighting the police and kicking them to the point they fee they need to restrain their legs to avoid injuries.

But I have been intoxicated out of my mind worse than that and I would not have wanted to be handled like that.
Most of us have been way drunker than that. Except TulaneLSU of course

Cops don't just put you in a hobble for no reason.
That means she was kicking, or trying to kick out the windows of the squad car.

I saw someone commenting about this story on Facebook and said she was actually put in like a normal perp to begin with and the seatbelt strapped. They said she started kicking and doing some other shite so they hogtied her arse.
