Wow. Somewhat deep cut. Good buddy in college had a cd of theirs that I burned. Once in a blue moon I'll listen to it and think of him. I burned the cd just to collect it really, but it's just some good ol metal.

Just think, God is even cool with en slaving his creation, breaking up families, and punishment and torture for select few

No. He is not. Some things exist, and God gives direction on how to navigate life through the things we create through our choices.

Ah. You're just a lying Marxist. No need to waste our time with you.

Lee was good, but he was no Grant.

To add to this, the slavery thing is quite literally what held Britain back. They had a very keen interest in intervening to keep the U.S. from getting to powerful (just like they always do with France and Germany), but it was outweighed - barely - by their fervent anti-slavery bent at that time.

By the mid - 1800s, slavery, as an institution, was on its way out of western society. As you stated, had the south had a plan to end slavery (which wasn't going to be around much longer anyway - plus Lee was iffy on slavery), European powers may have come to the South's aid.

Could the South have gained independence had the British given aid?

If he fought for the Union and raised a sword against Virginia, he would never be welcomed home. If he tried to go home, it is very likely he would be captured and hanged.

Traitor to the Union or Virginia, a very tough decision.

The North were a bunch of liberal pussies that had to use mass immigration to win the war for them. Just like the liberals today use mass immigration to help win elections. The north couldn’t stand toe to toe with the south without using -500,000 immigrants fresh off the boat.

It could be that both nations would have fought together in those wars despite the differences and disagreements.

Not even remotely true, the South was disadvantaged at every conceivable metric from equipment to bullets, shoes, horses, and even feeding the troops. People greatly underestimate how difficult a task Lee had not completely dissimilar to the predicament Washington found himself in for the first half of the Revolution and the South’s issues got exponentially worse from outset whereas Washington’s position greatly improved with the arrival of the French.
