Been doing this for about a month and it's starting to get really old. Google says its likely caffeine (i don't drink much caffeine at all) and stress.
Any other ideas on how to deal with this?

Were you recently bitten by a pirate?
You could be turning into a were-pirate. The change could be upon you.
Have you noticed a thirst for rum? Saw a woman and wanted to pillage her port?
Have you developed an irrational hate for the Spanish?

I had this happening to me a couple years ago. If you look at a screen a lot (tv or computer etc) try to cut down on it. I cut down my watching tv time and it went away

It’s the body’s natural submission signal when talking to an alpha.

It's eyelid myokemia..where the nerves are misfiring. Irritating as hell but usually not a big deal. It's usually caused by and increase/decrease in sleep, stress or caffeine intake. Never heard of it being anything bad but if it's been going on for a month you may want to see an eye doctor just to play it safe.

I usually get it when I haven’t had enough sleep or I’ve been in front of computer screen for too long (between work and school work, it’s easy to do).

Based on my most recent medical recommendation via the boob tube, it's 100% tardive dyskinesia.

Are you under unusual amount of stress? I developed a twitch during a very stressful time that lasted for a few months. It was extremely annoying and frequent. It went away very quickly after the stressful situation ended.

Tourettes starts with right eyelid twitching. Are you noticing yourself starting to curse more?
