Inject a little Botox in it to kill that nerve. Granted, you may get droop eye, but that twitch is irritating.

Been doing this for about a month and it's starting to get really old. Google says its likely caffeine (i don't drink much caffeine at all) and stress.
Any other ideas on how to deal with this?

I had this issue once when I changed offices. Too much fluorescent lighting. Had the maintenance guy take one bulb out each ballast and no problem. Also had it once due to monitors. There’s an app for optimal monitor brightness, that helped.

A great friend of mine has had ALS for a long time and is an inspiration. He was one of the best guitarist ever and still composes music.

I think this can be caused by a magnesium and/or vitamin B12 deficiency. Check that out on the Google machine.
