nailed it
OP needs to go piss by an anthill and go back after a while and see if ants are all over his piss.
If so his sugar may be so high his kidneys can't filter it all.

I get mine next month for my facial synkinesis that the neurologists couldn’t figure out the cause... one theory was an unnoticed Bell’s palsy episode where the nerves were affected causing lower eye-lid twitching and other facial twitching from eye to lip, all on left side.

Any other ideas on how to deal with this?
Try using less adderall.
Try meditation.
Try putting an ice pack on it.

Unfortunately those are not capillaries around your eyes. Tiny eye worms. They can be removed relatively easily. By a surgeon. I kid, hopefully. Really tho Ive had the same issue recently and I have been under rather hateful stress. Connected Im sure.

I had this happen for awhile. Like most things I ignored it and it went away

I had the same thing. Turned out my blood pressure was insane. Got on meds and it went away.
