So a boss doesn't want to deal with a mentally confused person from the get go? Who knew?

Nah. I'd rather not hire someone with a mental illness that will try to get me fired if I make a mistake in using whatever pronoun they choose to use that day.

The solution is tell companies who to hire. Best candidates will be trans/black/female (not biologically of course)/they.

It hasn't hit my work yet but I won't do it.

anyone who likes where they work and wants their company to succeed should never hire anyone using pronouns in person and especially on a resume

Right. It's a sign of severely low IQ among other things

To be fair, if a resume includes she/her or he/him it should be overlooked too.

Vote for me. I stand for equality in discrimination as well.

I really don't understand the logic. Seems like an entirely personal matter that should never be injected into the workplace.

You can be a furry on the weekend if you keep it off social media and your workplace. Just do your job

According to a new report from Business.com, a business resource platform, over 80% of nonbinary people believe that identifying as nonbinary would hurt their job search. Similarly, 51% believe their gender identity has affected their workplace experience “very or somewhat negatively.”

And there the frick it is.

A clear, unquestionable example how media propaganda works.

On first glance, it appears that a new report from business.com is the 3rd party data source backing statistics that show non-binary (or whatever the frick you call them) kids are being oppressed.

It must be true. It’s backed by stats and data and shite.

Upon closer review, it’s found that these stats are not backed by data at all.

The stats noted to support the argument are mere “feelings” and “beliefs” of those of the oppressed.

That’s not a study. That’s just asking weirdos how they feel and putting it in print.

——-
It’s right there in bold
——-

Furthermore, business.com’s resume pronoun test did not include she/her he/him pronouns in the test.

Therefore the only conclusion that can be drawn is if you include a pronoun in your resume, there might be 8% less interest in the resume.

Which raises even more questions about the validity of the claim in this joke of an article.

—-

Jesus fricking Christ holy fricking shite hallelujah. Git the frick out of here.

Be careful what you believe baws, it’s very easy to disguise opinion as fact based data by switching around a couple words.

Hitler would be proud.

—-

Aight. That’s enough internet news for me today. Y’all be careless tonight, and go get some she/her poontang.

Normal people who are forced to do this at work should just put "Ze/Zir" in their email signature and let the wokesters question it

Isn't that kind of the point of being non-binary?

You mean managers are not jumping at the chance to hire difficult employees? Shocked

Those who put some pronoun preferences on resumes are not just doing it to be "properly labeled", they're doing it to make a political statement.
Employers should be looking for qualified personnel to perform the requested job, not someone to show up with a political chip on "their" shoulders.

I’m all for people putting these pronouns on their resumes.

Just makes it that much easier to weed out the future problem employee.

More power to them.

Good. This is the type of shite that should finally help the pendulum to swing back the other way and more back to normal.

No surprise. Employers don't want to hire mental cases.

Not that I have experience with the folks to know, but I bet a lot of them have scripts their company's insurance would have to cover. Probably need antidepressants to keep from feeling hurt when people identify them as whatever sex they were born.
