so is this an actual study or a self-indulgence session for mentally ill retards

It's a red flag that they will be a difficult employee who will bring more problems than solutions.

Any pronouns or other made up shite goes directly in to the trash.

Well no shite. You might as well just say you're a pain in the arse

File this under 'no frickin shite"

I'm have been seeing more and more resumes doing this. Especially in Cali, schools are teaching this. I will not throw away a resume due to this, and will treat them as any other potential employee.

I tend to ding candidates who use terrible grammar.

That's exactly what I would think about any of this stuff on a job resume. This is someone that will be easily offended or be some sort of HR nightmare.

with DEI goals, identifying as a white male will also hurt your chances of getting the job

They don't belong.

On my resume my preferred pronouns are "Your Majesty" or "Lord Almighty". Still waiting on a call back from several places.

i get what you’re saying, but once hired, being treated equally isn’t going to be nearly good enough. i’ve seen it.

Just like how poison frogs are brightly colored to tell you not to mess with them. Pink hairs and pronouns are pretty much the same thing.

As a hiring person, I agree with this.
I don't want to introduce any more drama or unnecessary bullshite than what is already typically found in the work place.
Hiring one of these flip-floppers is asking for trouble more times than not. I don't give two shits about your gender. And I don't give three shits about your sexual preference. Why? Because I am in a work environment.
But I sure as hell am not interviewing you if you put this on your resume. It's a waste of my time.

But unfortunately, nonbinary job seekers are facing clear biases during their job search.
It’s not just non binary people. It’s middle aged white men with full frickin beards using he/him pronouns in the bios.

That seems fair because those employees are more likely to be difficult

Too bad it's not all people putting pronouns on their resume
I like my company, but they are "woke." They encourage everyone to put their pronouns in their email signature.
I delete every email that talks about this. I have a male name, and I am a male. I don't need a pronoun to address my gender. We are a white-collar company --- but these top-level executives are so "inclusive" nowadays.

This is actually very timely for me. I just put an offer out today for a candidate I interviewed for a consultant position.
She had a men's haircut, wore a men's dress shirt in the interview, and had men's style wedding band. She absolutely killed her interview and was by far my best candidate.
You know what she didn't have? A stupid made up name or pronouns on her resume. She's smart enough like the rest of us to know a resume isn't the time or place to scream for your attention.
