But whoever gets the 10 tip isn’t getting several more tables after that until other sections start to build up. Other servers are going to have at least 2 smaller ones before any more are added to the 10 top section.

This could be the exact point

A place like casa bonita is better than hilis but not as good as fine dining.

The shaming by some people in for a restaurant owner knowing their market and demographic should be surprising, but it's not.
