To think some "demon" is going to possess your brain is completely and totally retarded. Why wouldn't a demon do it to every soul on earth? What would this "demon" accomplish by doing so? In all these tales, I'm struck by how weak and goofy the demon's alleged antics are. They're like the flip side of the bird poop on the Mary statue. It takes a very primitive person to put any stock in such as this.

There's definitely something interesting going on in Gary, Ind. But I think the story is likely years of drug abuse/mental health problems and a child protective/healthcare system that is failing its citizens... as opposed to demonic possession.

Have you ever been there? People have fun calling this place or that place a "shithole". In the case of Gary, that description isn't hyperbole at all. In fact, it's probably a bit too lenient & nice to call it a shithole.
