Seemed like the meteorologists had to do stuff themselves. Are budgets so tight that the news stations don’t have a production crew capable of switching cameras?

Draw a line from Costco to UNO lakefront arena and that is about the path.

At least what I can tell from what I have been able to watch since the warning went out.

Felt a brief tornado on the New Orleans lakefront north of City Park about 6am. Tossed around my porch furniture and blew some small branches down. Set off a neighbors house alarm. Not too bad though.

Woke up by tornado warning and severe lightning/thunder at about 5:30 in Lakeview. Rain dumped down for about 30 min but seems to be slacking, but every time I try to get just a littlebit more sleep another tornado warning goes off. Think I just got my 4th one about 3 min ago

I’m in that area just past bayou St. John. Got all the alerts and heard some pretty torrential rain but nothing that remotely sounded like a tornado. Guess I should have taken the warnings more seriously

Yeah according to WAFB radar it’s still coming. From the north this time. They’ve been dead wrong to this point though.
