Fries and hashbrown portions are small
Ketchup packets are retarded. You need to have fingernails like a chick to open.
Napkins are like wax paper.
Drink machine is behind the counter making refills a pain in the arse.

It’s a flavorless sandwich. Fries are always soggy. But the service is usually above average. Oh yeah, I like their breakfast but I’m rarely around one in the AM.
The reality is that there food could be complete shite and many on this board will praise them for other reasons.
