Ketchup is the most disgusting item in a restaurant. If you're getting it out of that pump/spigot you have no idea how often they clean the insides of that thing.
Restaurant ketchup bottles are poured into each other at the end of the day, resulting in a mish-mash of outdated condiment gurgling and churning (until it will sometimes actually explode on opening).
Those Chic-Fil-A ketchup packets are the best thing ever. They're clean, easy to use, and are always fresh.

CFA is the only place I’ve ever had completely undrinkable coffee. There is bad coffee, and then there is CFA coffee. I don’t understand it.
And lol at the people getting upset over people dinging CFA. It’s a fast food restaurant that makes a pretty good spicy chicken sandwich and nothing else worth ordering.
