Yea like 45 mins. I actually liked Red Lobster (its like the only seafood we have) place was always packed too. Then it closed. Now if I want decent seafood I go to Buzzard Billy's in Lincoln.

I always laugh because it’s so funny when you eat at a RL. 95% of their customers are very similar

To love Red Lobstah you have to love the sullen staff, slow service, dirty restaurant and skrimps with freezer burn.

That's actually a pretty tight commercial... and I've gotten to where I can't stand most commercials.

Shrimp linguine Alfredo is legit. Yeah I know it’s microwaved slop, but I like it.

We don't have a Red Lobster, we just have a Cap'n D's.
It's really good though. The management does a great job hiring nice friendly people and I always enjoy going in there, even though their sweet tea has too much sugar sometimes.

Their target demographic loves extra sweet tea.

I don’t think they’re specifically targeting fat southerners.

Welp, I don't like it real sweet, it's OK though, I always mix in some unsweetened.
I think 1 thing most people don't realize about Cap'n D's, they have the best chicken strips anywhere.
They should start a spinoff chicken place and call it Cap'n Bluto's.
They could dominate the chicken business.

I’ve never set foot in a Red Lobster.

Thanks for the validating heads-up.

I wish Red Lobster good luck. With the crazy pricing at fast food places, some chains like Chili’s have taken advantage and filled a void where a family can get an affordable sit-down dining experience.

Put an emphasis on training the wait staff and reconsider restaurant locations and things will work out fine.

Thank you, Red Lobster, for letting us know you will have hush puppies and happy hour.

All is right with the world again.

The crab alfredo used to slap in the early 2000s and then one day the crab tasted like it came out of a can and it never returned to glory.

People like to shite on RL, but at a decently staffed one it's pretty good food. I've eaten at some of the finest restaurants in the world, but I still love the some cheese biscuits Caesar salad, shrimp or lobster bisque and bloody mary's. None of their meals are bad. Nothing I crave, but I've never had anything there I didn't like.
