Working in the hot sun all day is no picnic.
Folks want their utilities to work and their streets to be nice and smooth but give the people who make it work Hell.

Also, I assume I can picture what she looks like pretty accurately just from her voice and her stance in this video. And it's always, always hilarious to me how the batshit insane women who complain about being watched and stared at and visually raped by men are the absolute last ones that any man would want to look at or think about in that way.
