Because the guy who got lit up says they were tearing up the streets Saturday and Sunday in the video.
Plus, those little bikes look like they have kids on them who probably aren’t licensed for public roads. My guess is they bought bikes for the whole family and were buzzing around the neighborhood checking them out.
Not a big deal, but if there was excessive speed and noise, not a neighborly thing to do. Everyone involved could have behaved better.

This is part of why i keep saying two things.
1: what the F happened to the age groups that are 50-70 that they will go in people faces and run their mouth. Especially after 60. You will get your arse beat. There are so many videos with the older white guys that seem to think that’s a smart idea.
2: what causes wealthier white males to feel entitled enough to get in someone’s face and run your mouth? Guys that have never been in a fight ever feel like that’s gonna end well for them

TV news story a few minutes ago said. Reacher declined to press charges against neighbor for reckless endangerment & the criminal investigation has been closed.
