Friend of mine used to do that shite. Never wanted to quit. Ended up getting cancer in his hamstring. Not saying it contributed. He went to MD Anderson and he said when he started seeing all these guys coming in with half of their faces missing due to dipping was all he needed to quit cold turkey.

I don't plan on doing any of this forever. (I know, I know- errbody says so)
Started smoking at 12... once I hit 42 and realized I'd been smoking for 30-freaking-years.. I had to stop, I don't wanna die like that. I'd quit about a year one time by transitioning to Blu eCigs and nicotine patches. I'm trying vapes and pouches this time.
Not good, I know, but a stepping stone. I'm four months with no smoking but for a week in late January I smoked some in a really stressful situation.

I dip close to a can of RedSeal just about everyday and tried to switch to Zyn last year and couldn’t even finish a can because of nausea. Just a couple minutes after I’d put one in the nausea and sweating would start.

Pro tip FRE pouches are identical to Alp and are sold in gas stations. Im pretty sure Tucker just stole their formula and rebranded them.

I'll have to see if I can find some. I just ordered three more logs but the convenience of a gas station from time to time would be great.
One downside I forgot to mention with ALP, my can says Designed in USA, Assembled in India. Hope they bring the whole operation stateside, that'd be a great selling point.
