Question for those of you who believe in a elaborate ufo/us gov conspiracy

Why hasn't a single president from the 50s to now, on his last day in office, declassfieid anything related to it? The commander in chief has the authority to do this. Many have claimed they would increase transparency on this issue.
A president on his last day would have no disincentives to do it, no political calculations to make.
The fact that is hasn't been done in 70 years indicates to me that there isn't anything fantastical to reveal to the public.

Also if UFO's came here in the 50's, wouldn't it be pretty likely they'd have returned by now? That makes it unbelievable to me. Not saying there aren't other life forms out there, but they haven't been here.

I'm curious why we dont hear more about JFK and the rest of the conspiracies, you baws know someone always talks about any situation so you'd have thought you'd have at least heard something if any of those things really happened. Even in a select small group, someone would talk eventually.
