Should cover her with a Mylar blanket and hand her some organic, non-gmo, gluten free, nutrition (i.e. water) and say see you Monday, we've just adopted the French 30 hr. work week.
Come Monday, use only tools that have zero, and I mean zero, connection to fossil fuels to release her. That means no power tools, nothing made from plastics, have to arrive on a bicycle (no plastics there either), and don't even think about something that was forged in an electric arc furnace.
Give her that [short] list of options and require her to sign it. I hope she's lefthanded.
* by the way, if that is real cement, hydraulic cement, it went through a very energy intensive wet or dry kiln to make it.
