In the end it wouldn't have mattered. They had years and years to try to stop the Prop Stop from infringing and didn't. So they lost whatever trademark rights they ever had anyway.

It really is one of the best places for people watching. I’ve always said they could have a reality show that just films The Prop Stop, Sun Buns, Blind River Bar, Boopalus, Warsaw Marina, Tin Lizzy’s (rip) and call the show RiverRatz. It would be tv gold

I am willing to bet between a few people on here, I or my people know some of y'all. lol I am in Springfield and a lot of my church and friends spent most their lives on the river.

It’s fine if you don’t get the whole vibe of weekend river life. It is not for everyone. You’d be a fish out of water anyway.
We are quite happy not having stiff necked, uptight, image is everything, judgmental, erratic boat driving, better than thou types taking up 3-4 mooring spots with their OMG sideways IS THE BEST I can do, boat parking.
