St George is kind of the AP/LP equalizer. It's finally the one thing that slows down EBR flight to the East.
The other AP/LP issue is the fact they let anyone with a dollar in their pocket develop anything they want to, anywhere they want. No drainage? No problem? No multiple ways in/out? No problem.
Just pay AP. You want to put a Top Golf at the end of that gravel road? No problem. Just gimme some $$$$$!

You looking at the wrong parts apparently. Going down Old Perkins, Bayou Manchac divides St. George from Praireville. The back of my parents subdivision overlooks the Manchac and Santa Maria golf course.
