Donaldsonville is a dump. The rest of AP is fine. They need some massive infrastructure upgrades though.

They keep building all of these neighborhoods on these rural two lane roads.

If I was going to move to the burbs and put my kid in public school it would be Dutchtown, Central or Zachary.

Yeah we are a dump. A complete shithole. Stay in BR you’re way better off there. It’s awesome there.

My sister lives in a neighborhood off of Bluff Rd. and the middle class diversity there is something to behold. It was quite interesting.

I wouldn’t live there specifically because of that. And they complain about BR roads.

Makes more sense to have ditches that hold the water when it rains than have roads flood each time there’s an afternoon thunderstorm.

Roads don’t flood around me Chief. The old AP has more than its share of flooded areas.

Hopefully the retention pond in the backyard cuts down on the noise from I-10, but I doubt it.
