Most of my "savings" is in Vanguard Cash Plus Account currently at 4.7%.
I'll Probably move most of this into a MM in my brokerage account. Probably use VMFXX currently @ 5.27%...

I have a similar issue. It appears that one section of driveway "settled" and now a heavy rain some water backs up into the garage (flat entry no bump or elevation from driveway to garage). Did not think to check this when buying. I am thinking about a french drain or something....

I plan to cash out and just Ladder short termn T-Bills since the rates are pretty good for short term. This is assuming the rates hold up until I do cash out....

Thanks for the info, I just opened an account and added 10k to lock in current rates plus the new rates in May. I'll get the wife to do the same locking in 40k at pretty good rates that was just sitting in a savings account earning nothing is pretty good....
