I have a similar issue. It appears that one section of driveway "settled" and now a heavy rain some water backs up into the garage (flat entry no bump or elevation from driveway to garage). Did not think to check this when buying. I am thinking about a french drain or something....

Yes use mine all the time. Get a rotisserie basket as well great for wings, veggies, fries etc......
Thanks for the info, I just opened an account and added 10k to lock in current rates plus the new rates in May. I'll get the wife to do the same locking in 40k at pretty good rates that was just sitting in a savings account earning nothing is pretty good....
