You just ruined my day. I want to take that poor angel and give him a chance for the life he deserves. Addiction is horrifying. Not making excuses for the parents. It's a horrific epidemic and it destroys the lives of everyone, including the innocent children who want nothing more than to wake up, eat some Cheerios and play with their toys. That poor baby.

Who took the pic? Crime scene photo? Or an EMS person? If EMS and they lived that is an issue. If a cop took it as evidence for a CPS case, not so much.
Remember "Porsche Girl"? That family tried to sue. If I recall correctly the person who took the photo got sued or suspended or both. The case may have went to USSC as a right to privacy beyond death issue?
Sort of apples and oranges. These are two turd junkies and Porsche girl had affluent parents. But depending on the photographer it could be HIPPA. Ridiculous but it could be. If a first responder took it??
Anyway HIPPA was just a smart arse side point.

I know an EMS guy who took a pic. No face. Just chest down. His patient took off his dick and balls with a box blade blade. Then tried to disembowel himself. He was suspended.
The dude (patient) had one shiny blue gleaming testicle that was resting on his lower thigh. It was a great "name that part" question. I got it after two tries.
