Wonder how many new UK peeps will “win” the next few months to keep them drawn in to it???

What a shame. My odds of winning just went from one in 1,327,890,430 to one in 1,530,620,495.

This jackpot was built up by Americans to half a billion they should wait until it resets

Well, you can expect the wins to occur over there very quickly to get them excited about it.

allowing UK players to enter the same jackpot pool as Americans starting tonight.
This is bullshite. They should have a separate pool

Expanding the tax base for sucking at math....

I was thinking about this more. I don't like it.
The eventual winner will spend all that money in another country. We should require American resident and citizenship.
Someone winning $500m after taxes is like a micro-economy by themselves. They go out and hire people in all trades and services, buy homes, cars, etc. The money is infused back into our overall economy.
Don't like the idea of our "poor tax" lottery funds going abroad.
