these drugs are becoming more and more mainstream. it's not just rich and wealthy people using it and they're going to be pushed more and more.
what will a massive influx of newly "thin"/former fat people do to the culture? will there be an old money/new money type of divide?
discuss.

Like any fad diet/drug. Once they stop taking it, most will gain more weight than they lost because it doesn't address the main problems.
I say this as an obese person, the majority of us are just shitty at portion control and lazy, it's that simple no matter what narrative is pushed.
There are definitely some that have medical issues but most are just looking for excuses.

Some people actually take it because they need it.
It is very scrutinized when prescribed for diabetes but seems like they push it for weight loss.
It works great for diabetics, and the hunger suppression is just a bonus. I don't think people understand how hungry having diabetes makes you. Your body is constantly sending signals to eat because your cells are not getting of energy. It's a vicious cycle that the perfect members of the OT love to make fun of.

These people are losing muscle mass along with fat. It will be interesting to see the long term consequences of these meds.

Sorry but if you get the fat people shot and lose weight, we can all tell and will shun you
It’s not the fat on your body, it’s the fat in your heart

Fat people are really gross. They smell, they arent pleasant to look at and they walk too slow.

If your partner is attractive and overly enthusiastic in the bedroom, chances are high that they were once a fatty.

With all the plastic surgery and drugs, we're tricking the natural selection process.
All you baws that have girls with plastic surgery better be careful, bc you might have a baby come out looking like a troll.

Sometimes at work, when we get ambushed with bullshite requirements at the last minute, people will say stuff like "I need a Valium" or "I need a Xanax." Lately, though, I've switched to "I need an Ozempic." Seems well-received.
