My Montana grandparents were named Clem and Beulah. Doesn’t get more old-timey than that.

----girls' names for girls. Not like today. "Girl" names like Carson, Kennedy, Kennedi, Reagan. Confusing.

I don’t see nicknames like Dick and BJ anymore.

Basically any of the top girl names of 1950. I keep thinking of that Conway Twitty song for Linda, no Gen Z would have it on their mind.

I've never seen a young Randall in my life

But we've got tons of little Roberts, Matthews, Charles, Williams, Theodore, Oliver, etc. etc. running around these parts.

Practically no travel ball names

It's the age of monarchs and disciples again

Marcia is one I really don't hear much anymore.

I think the Brady Bunch ruined it: Marcia Marcia Marcia!

According to some website I came across years back, my name, Chris, was a top 3 most popular name from several years before I was born until... Somewhere around 2016.. 2017 then it dropped out of the top 10.. It had a hell of a run, then these people just started getting weird with names.

You don't see many Josh(es) these days. I knew like a thousand of them growing up.
