Probably the #1 reason I despise BLM is because it fosters this attitude. Instead of discussing the particulars of police using deadly force to end someone's life, regardless of race, people are conditioned to see ONLY color.
I'm not a tin-foil hat kind of guy, but if I was, I'd think BLM took over specifically to impede progress on civilian-police interactions by making it solely about race and running it into the ground.
ETA: Not specifically talking about you Caterpillar, just the notion in general.

How dumb can you be to walk up to a cop holding a shotgun like that? I'm not sure the cops needed to shoot him with the shotty when he was laying on the ground shot twice or three times already as he was basically dying at that point and probably not able to comply with orders, but dang that was suicide by cop if I've ever seen it.
Really sucks to be those cops, big time. To have to shoot some idiot like that sucks.

I just don't understand it. The officer says put your hands up and you refuse to do it and then walk forward with something behind your back? You're asking to get fricked up.

There were reports of an armed suspect in the area fitting the same description, and this guy was slowly walking up to the cops with a hand behind his back. I don't think it would of been safe to taser him considering he acted like he had a weapon. I'd assume in all likelihood a taser would make him drop his weapon, but he may be able to still shoot a gun as they don't always put people down.
