Whelp.....when the police spend that much time retreating backwards, other people fail to subdue the guy, and the guy is on video running aggressively toward officers with a weapon, that's about as open and shut as you can get.

I remember the time someone called the cops on me and I was brandishing a knife. Me and the officers wound up having a few beers together after their shift and just laughed and laughed. Still joke about it to this day.
