This is a prime example of why people are mad and why HC told white people they need to listen.

Huh?

Yeah, the three shots to the face is going to be a problem after the perp was already shot in the body. The OK DA might charge the cop with excessive force aforethought

The bus driver almost got capped in the melee started by the woman cop.

You gotta love how the male cop shot this Mexican dude to death, then jumps back to secure the perimeter. Now that's training

The first shot that was fired came close to hitting the bus driver it seemed. Also the male officer grabbed his partners gun and moved it away while he unloaded on the guy.

Kinda appeared that the bleeding guy still had a grip on the gun ( not uncommon for someone dying) and the cop figured "ill keep shooting till this sob lets go"

Every reaction he had was pretty damn flawless. That lady pulled the cop equivalent of this..

None of what you said has anything to do with the fact that the shooting by her partner was warranted at the time. His partner was rolling around on the ground with a suspect fighting for control of her gun.

no shite. The 2nd officer's actions were 100% justified and people are lucky he acted as he did.

Doesn't change the fact that without the female officer's bad judgement and poor execution he never would have had to fire his weapon.

She should have had the bus driver hop out and talked the guy down. I think about 80% of us on here could have subdued that guy w/o having to pull a gun. He was cornered, he couldn't have ran. All he could have done was hop seats.

The fire extinguisher was an issue, but that could have been knocked from his hands, or she should have tasered his arse instead of pulling her gun. I'm sure the guy was scared and felt she was going to shoot him. She didn't really give him a chance to comply, she said "don't move" and immediately ran into the bus from a position of weakness.

She didn't play it cool and it cost a man his life. Now should that life have been in this country in the first place, that's a different conversation and I contend that if we'd follow our policies this guy would have been deported long ago. OKC has a huge illegal immigrant problem, but damnit if I don't love their food.

hahaha guess so.

I'm just separating the actions of the two cops. The 2nd one didn't have a choice. The first one fricked up in a bad way and is the reason the guy is dead.

This is a lot of Monday morning quarterbacking and assuming here. She had her gun drawn, told him not to move, he took off running. Do you think she should have not ran after him. Its not like he just took the gun from her, she was wrestling with him because he attempted to take her gun. That could happen to anyone who pulls a gun on someone. If someone quickly grabs the gun that was pulled on them, there will be a fight to gain control of it.

The guy was fleeing from the cops when he first got on the bus, that might have played a factor in why she had her gun drawn.

The reason he's dead is that he grabbed a cops gun.

The cop charging the bus with a firearm is not the reason the guy is dead.

That's why women shouldn't be cops, soldiers, ect. A small guy physically manhandled her and that put her partner in jeopardy.

That girl better bring her partner a cup of coffee and some doughnuts every morning for the rest of his career. He saved her arse.
